Professional Food Coach
Chef graduated from the world renowned Le Cordon Bleu culinary school in Austin Texas. Chef was once almost diabetic, had very high blood pressure, was overweight, had high cholesterol, followed poor eating habits.
Each one of these life threatening conditions was met with a fight, thoughtful planning, and a commitment to not failing, learning every single day how to life my life better. During the journey I found an entirely new me.
Allow me to help. I used food and proper exercise to heal myself and hope to live to be 100 plus years old.

THE Process
To begin a healthier you, start by adding more water to your daily routine. Start carrying a large water bottle with fresh lemon juice.
Daily Water Intake Requirements
Divide your body weight by 2 ( 200 / 2 = 100 ounces a day)
Your number is your maintenance level, I want you to add 25% more water daily to your number. Make sure you’re getting enough electrolytes.
– To begin, reduce the amount of carbs you eat daily. Some people’s bodies are abused when eating certainly carbs. The ingestion of gluten (found in whole wheat) can cause your body to attack itself due to a protein in the carb heavy food.
